You have 30 days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a full refund on your return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping of the returned item is the responsibility of the customer unless it is a manufacturing defect (which will fall under the warranty policy).
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days to see the refund.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the item is used, damaged, or not in the original packaging. These items should be in their original packaging and in new, uninstalled condition. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email number before returning your items.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are opened or used or more than 21 days after delivery.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued first before anything gets shipped back to Fatboydesignusa. Failure to do so will result in extended lead times or lost items which will be the responsibility of the shipper.
Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
