At Upper Carbon, every product is crafted with precision, premium materials, and long-term durability in mind. Due to the custom nature of many of our carbon fiber parts, some items are not mass-produced and may require additional production time before shipping.

We prioritize quality and accuracy over rushed fulfillment to ensure every product meets our high standards.

Production & Lead Times

  • Many Upper Carbon products are built-to-order
  • Production time varies depending on product type, finish, and demand
  • Premium finishes such as forged or twill carbon may require extended production time
  • Standard items may be available for immediate shipment
  • Each product may have different lead time expectations—please check individual product pages for details

Estimated timelines:

  • In-stock items: Ship within 2–5 business days
  • Made-to-order items: Typically require 2–4 weeks or longer depending on production

Please note that lead times are estimates and may vary based on demand and material availability.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • All orders are reviewed and confirmed after purchase
  • In-stock items are prepared quickly for shipment
  • Built-to-order items are placed into the production queue
  • Production begins after order confirmation
  • Customers may receive updates during processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Pre-Orders & Custom Parts

Many of our products, including premium and custom carbon fiber parts, are built specifically for each order.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Upper Carbon is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost or stolen after delivery
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Upper Carbon is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping costs due to address errors
